Power Control Centre is used for distribution and control of various power source used in industry. Normally Power Control Centers is installed near power source hence fault level is high. Busbar system in Power Control Centers are designed to suit the fault level as well as temperature rise to 40c above ambient. Ample space is provided for cable termination. Various protections viz short circuit, overload, earth fault, under voltage etc are provided to protect source and equipment.
A motor control center (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus and principally containing motor control units. Motor control centers are in modern practice a factory assembly of several motor starters. A motor control center can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering and may also be the electrical service entrance for the building.
Motor control centers have been used by the automobile manufacturing industry which used large numbers of electric motors. Today they are used in many industrial and commercial applications. Where very dusty or corrosive processes are used, the motor control center may be installed in a separate air-conditioned room, but often an MCC will be on the factory floor adjacent to the machinery controlled.
Auto Main Failure Panels, also known as AMF panels, are used to automatically changeover from mains electricity supply to stand-by generator or gen set on failure of the mains supply. When the mains supply is restored, the system automatically changes back and stops the gen set. The stand-by generator will be eventually shut down after a short cooling down period.
We manufacture and supply AMF (Auto Mains Failure) Panel as per the specific requirements of the clients. These panels are used for controlling power supply in various industries like processing plants, hospitals etc. On the request of the clients, we customized these panels (both automatic and manual modes) to meet client-specific requirements.
The sub distribution panel or board consists of a basic frame with all the necessary electrical components such as main isolating switches, emergency shut-down mechanism, RCDs, line circuit breakers, controls and contactors for individual workgroups. The distributor can supply multiple workgroups with electrical power independently. We design & manufacture the Sub Distribution Panel according to the Customers' need through reliability, selectivity, durability & time of taking action to Product Quality which comply with cost effective, long life and application-wise
Lighting Distribution Boards are an integral and essential part of every building project and it must be designed, manufactured and installed all in accordance with the safety standards. In most of the cases it operates a layman wherein others operate dedicated or trained personnels. This new generation of panelboard products represents the high level of engineering innovation expected from SCPPL.
APFC or Automatic Power Factor Control Panels are mainly used for the improvement of Power Factor. Power Factor can be explained as ratio of active power to apparent power and it is a key factor in measuring electrical consumption. Everyone knows that how costly electricity has become in present time. Therefore it becomes utmost important to cut down on electrical consumption for reducing expenditure. APFC Panels come real handy in the achievement of this purpose Use of these control panels becomes indispensable in those industries where electrical installations are meant to supply to large electrical load.
A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a type of motor controller that drives an electric motor by varying the frequency and voltage supplied to the electric motor. Other names for a VFD are variable speed drive, adjustable speed drive, adjustable frequency drive, AC drive, microdrive, and inverter. Sometimes your work space is dusty, dirty, wet, humid, corrosive, or hot. In those harsh environments, you cannot just mount your VFD exposed. You need a VFD Control panel an enclosure that protects the VFD and other electric components.
We offer highly efficient HT/LT Bus Duct and rising mains. This is offered with both indoor and outdoor construction with IP42/55 degree of protection. The type of bus duct is offered in aluminum and copper based and manufactured as per the International Standards. SCPPL designs bus duct systems in a way that it allows you to have multiple outputs from it without any power loss. Our manufactured Bus Bar Chambers needs very less maintenance.
