Magnetic Filters consists of powerful magnetic drum driven by double reduction worm geared motor. The contaminated coolant from the machine is passed is through the gap between the drum and the body. The dust particles are attracted by the drum and a rubber roller squeezes the swarf which is scrapped off by a scrapper plate. The clean coolant is collected is the coolant tank for recirculation to the machine.

In the STAR TRACE vibratory finishing machines the media and the components which are carried through the tub/bowl vibrate and travel forward in a spiral or corkscrew motion with the generated vibration.
Combines the clamping force of high quality Permanent Magnets with the advantage of switching facilities an Electrical Devices is thereby providing in piratical applications all the prerequisites for precision, safety and ease of operation. A totally original and unique Electro Permanent system is controlled electronically and the clamping zone comprises of a series pf alternate poles. An electric impulse of very high magnitude but of a very short as the chuck is switched ON with the job completing the magnetic circuit the magnets work at BH. Rem & hence is able to provide a magnetic energy perfectly suitable for heavy cuts and thrusts during Grinding, Planning and Milling operations. With these properties we can provide you performance results which has so far been unobtainable from conventional permanent magnetic chucks and hardly obtained in best electromagnetic chucks available.
The solid construction of the EPM chuck eliminates mechanical distortion and unlike electromagnetic chucks there is in heat generation hence the chuck when once attached to the machine bed will be as geometrically stable as the machine itself providing working surface with uniform holding power required of precision machining. The chuck is entirely static and hence it is not subject to mechanical wear.
The Electronic Control unit is specially designed for Easy and Safe operation of Electro Permanent Magnetic Chucks. Power circuit is controlled by Thrusters and is operated by Remote Control. The switching On/Off of the chuck is done by means of Illuminated push-buttons. The Power consumption is considerably reduced saving almost 98% of precious energy, as only a current pulse for few seconds is required to switch the chuck on and off. Hence the running and maintains cost of the EPM chucks are virtually nonexistent. When in operation the chuck is entirely isolated & independent of power supply. This gives total security against POWER FAILURE and eliminates any risk of accidental release of work piece.
EPM chucks are available in Grinder series and Milling series in sizes from 200 mm to 1500mm in length and 150 to 400mm in width having longitudinal or transverse poles. Large Magnetic area can be arranged by multiple mounting of chucks which can be operated by a single controller. Special designed to suit yiour particular applications. The Destoner work as a densimetric separator of the stones from the grain. It separates the different impurities by weight. Its removing system allows the separation of Small stones from grain before the other treatments. This unit is equipped with several regulation systems which allow the machine to be used for a wide range of products such as nuts, seeds, any kind of dry legumes or paddy.

Power unit are required for the operation of the vibratory units at the prescribed oscillation frequency and for the continuous and practically powerless open or closed loop control of the oscillation amplitude, and hence of the delivery flow.
A complete range of modules ensures a great variety of applications, e.g. closed - loop control of the oscillation amplitude, controlled mill feeding, the integration of conveyor units in super systems controlled by a process computer.
The power units can be connected to supply systems with all the usual system voltages. Non- standard versions are available.

Themagnetic head pulleyhas an easy to understand construction and operation. The parts that go into the making of themagnetic head pulleyare the magnetic head of the pulley belts to convey, permanent magnet in the pulley and a diverter. The raw materials that is to be cleansed of iron impurities is fed on to the conveyor and when they reach themagnetic head pulleyirony particles if any will stick to the conveyor while the others freely fall down. When the conveyor moves further the ferrous particles are relieved of the magnetic field and drop down. To avoid mixing up of separated feeds a diverter is positioned.

The complete design of STAR TRACE Mixer Combine fast mixing with slow shaft speed and gentle product handling resulting in highly homogenous mixes after extremely short mixing times.
Carefully positioned paddles on two low speeds, counter rotating shafts create a fluidized zone with low power consumption.
This means very low shear and friction which in turn makes the mixer ideal for fragile products which cannot tolerate rough handling.
We are able to add liquids at much higher rates than normally possible, due to the high particle movement capacity and fluidization of the particles. All the material surfaces are constantly being exposed for maximum dispersion. It is possible to add small or large amounts of liquid, with high or low viscosity to powders, granules or pellets.
The STAR TRACE mixer consists of twin drums with two counter rotating rotors and specifically angled paddles. The rotors overlap in the centre of the mixer and the paddles completely sweep the bottom and mix all the material at the same time.
In zone B the materials have a main movement counter clockwise at the perimeter of the mixer.
Simultaneously there are movements in the fluidized zone A both up and down, left and right and back and forth, All the time with space between the particles allowing free and random movement.
The interaction of the two zones is the key to the unique fore berg mixing Technology as all particles are transported into a highly homogeneous mix.
The STAR TRACE mixer is very flexible in filling volume. The model number indicates the NOMINAL filling level i.e., the level just above the rotor shafts, and is not to be mistaken for the total mixing volume.
From our nominal filling level of 100% variations from 40% to 140% can be tolerated with the same perfect mixing results. The mixing time may be a few seconds longer than normal when mixing very small or very large batches.

A large pool area provides maximum retention of desirable product sizes, while a rising current system floats off the excess "fines".

Powered by vibratory motors, 'Vibrobins' can be fitted with a range of cone liners including abrasion-resistant steel, stainless, rubber and HTPE and UHMWPE for use on particularly stickly substances.
Available in diameters ranging from 3650mm, Star Trace 'Vibrobins' units can discharge materials at rates of up to 2000t/h.
