STENPC 50% Liq (HWR) is a superplasticising Liquid to produce flowable or pumpable concrete and mortar for all grades, without bleeding and segregation.
It is formulated from synthetic polymers specially designed to impart the cohesiveness to the concrete mix for easy pumping and placing. It considerably improves the properties of fresh and hardened concrete and mortar.

Method of Application:
Add correct quantity of STENPC 50% Liq (HWR) by weight to cement along with other aggregates. Mix thoroughly and then add measured water. Allow to mix it for recommended mixing time.
Dosage:
As a starting point, a dosage range of 0.1 kg to 0.3 kg per 100kg of Cementitious materials is recommended. Optimum dosage of STENPC 50% Liq (HWR) should be determined in trial mixes. Please consult StenfyChem. Technical staff for further information.

Effects of Over-dosage:
A severe over-dosage of STENPC 50% Liq (HWR) will result in the following:
Retardation of Setting Time
Increase in workability / segregation
Slight increase in air entrainment
Packaging: STENPC 50% Liq (HWR) is available in 230 kg HDPE Drum.
Safety Precautions: STENPC 50% Liq (HWR) is a non-toxic and inflammable. When in contact with the skin, it should be washed with cold water.
