We offer Sulfuric Acid. Sulfomax Series The conversion of sulfur dioxide to sulfur trioxide is the catalytic step in the production of sulfuric acid. We offer Automotive & Stationary Engines. The diesel oxidation catalyst is used to oxidize carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, including the Soluble Organic Fraction (SOF) of diesel particulate matter. As the diesel engine is tuned lean, the exhaust contains upto 16% of Oxygen and under these conditions the reduction of NOx is limited. The CO is oxidised to carbon dioxide and the HC including the SOF are oxidised to carbon dioxide and water. As the SOF is a condensable hydrocarbon and contributes to particulate matter, the DOC also reduces SOF component of particulate matter by 20 – 40% depending on the operating conditions. Sud Chemie catalysts are designed to provide the highest activity at low temperatures for CO and HC. For use with Sulphur containing fuels, the catalysts are formulated along with an additive to suppress the oxidation of sulphur dioxide to particulate sulphates. They can be offered on both metallic as well as ceramic substrates. For use in after-treatment systems fitted with downstream Diesel Particulate Filter andor a SCR, Sud Chemie Envicat™ DOC can be custom designed to oxidise controlled quantity of NO to NO2 to facilitate the oxidation of the soot on the DPF and accelerates the deNOx reaction on the SCR at low exhaust temperature to meet the global emission standards. The Envicat™ DOC have been certified for complying with the legislated emission norms.

We offer Formaldehyde. FAMAX HS FAMAX MS FAMAX IR HD For production of 37% formaldehyde from acetone our Iron – Molybdenum based catalyst are designed to tailor made application based on different configurations for different process licensors. We design the loading pattern in tubular reactors maximizing yield and cycle length of the plant.

We offer Sulfur Recovery Units. HDMax® 213 is a robust, stabilized alumina extrusion impregnated with cobalt oxide and molybdenum oxide. It simultaneously promotes the hydrolysis of COS and hydrogenation of SOx to H2S.

We offer diesel particulate filters. Diesel Particulate Filters EnviCatTM DPF Sud Chemie Diesel Particulate Filters offer innovative Catalytic solutions of a broad range of Clean Diesel applications. The Customized filters are a smart choice for OEM application as well as retrofit application. EnviCatTM cDPF The filter’s catalytic coating allows the regeneration of filter, soot is burned off due to exhaust gas temperature. Through these smart applications, attaining high PM, CO and HC reduction rates in excess of 98%. Also, the EnviCatTM cDPF dramatically reduces exhaust smoke and diesel odor. EnviCatTM DPFcDPF is available on Cordierite substrates in various size and shapes : Cylindrical, Rectangular and Custom shapes

We offer Ethylene Dichloride. Ethylene Dichloride (EDC) Catalysts for production of EDC from ethylene in a fluid-bed reactor operate with either air - or oxygen-based technology. Key features of these catalysts include high selectivity to EDC, high activity and stability during operation, meaning no loss of active compounds and no significant variation in surface area. Our OXYMAX® A and OXYMAX® B series are optimized for all standard fluid bed applications. OXYMAX® S and OXYMAX® BS are recommended when high loss of fine particles occurs. Our new generation catalyst, OXYMAX® V, provides maximum performance in fluid bed reactors. Our OXYMAX® M series is designed to give superior performance in the fluid bed process using MITSUI technology.
