The Toyota-Trtzschler Comber TCO 12can run at higher nip rates due to fewer mechanically limiting factors. On the TCO 12 combing machine, gears are replaced with specially designed, highly dynamic servo motors for the frequent reversal of rotation. With the conventional one-sided drive, the detaching rollers are subject to twisting during each reversal of rotation. This results in a certain variation of combing quality between the 8 combing heads. The double-sided drive ensures uniform motion of the detaching rollers on all eight combing points. This reduces the otherwise process-related irregularities. DISC MONITOR, the latest draw frame quality sensor, has also been integrated. DISC MONITOR provides data for automatic self-optimisation of the machine. Due to the individual drive technology of the combing elements, the piecing process, for instance, is automatically optimised. Furthermore, deviations in lap weight no longer present a problem, since sliver count is permanently monitored and corrected when necessary. The Comber TCO 12 features multi-servo combing which reduces vibrations even at high nip rates. The TCO 12 also has a narrow frame, unlike other combers that have a wide oil bath gear.

The Lamiflow is a flat plate air-to-air heat exchanger where two air streams (exhaust and fresh air) cross each other, without coming in contact. The heat exchanger comprises multiple, thin, slightly separated plates with large surface areas that allows air flow passage for effective heat transfer, with minimal pressure drop.
The sensible energy from warm exhaust air is transferred to the relatively cooler inlet air, without any mixing of the two air streams. This enables savings in energy spent to heat up fresh air from ambient temperature to the required temperature.

Valflow ink tanks are round in shape, to improve circulation and eliminate dead spots in corners where heavier materials can drop out and stagnate causing viscosity and colour issues.
Customised, and OEM tanks and lids are available on request. Tank capacity is selected based on the amount of ink consumed by the press, length of run, the chamber or ink tray capacity, and the amount of ink that drains back into the tank from the print deck, hoses, and filters once the pump is stopped.
Valflow filters can be used on rotogravure printing, coating, and laminating lines to remove contaminants in inks, coats, and adhesives through mechanical (filter mesh) and magnetic means, thus ensuring good print or coat quality.
Valflow filters perform two major functions circulating along with the ink or coats are contaminants from three major sources: air (that carries dust and fiber), doctor blades (a source of metallic particles), and fluids (that contain undissolved solids and pigments).
Valflow filters capture these contaminants and allow only clean fluid to pass through, thus ensuring good print or coat quality. The standard Valflow ink filter is designed for centrifugal pumps. For diaphragm pumps, the filter has a built-in surge suppressor function.
