Depending on the size of the component and the requirements of the customer, we manufacture and supply tailor-made pretreatment plants; either DIP or SPRAY types for paintingpowder coating applications.

Considering air flow pattern, spray painting booths can be divided in two major categories; namely side draft and down draft spray painting booths.

We are engaged in manufacturing of wide range of spray painting plants on turn key basis to suit the clients' requirement. Every plant is customized as per client specification. We provide complete solution for spray painting plant on turn key basis.

For mass production, a spray type pretreatment plant can be designed. Here, components are hanged on a overhead conveyor; which passes through a msss enclosure. Specially designed spray nozzles are fitted on the pipes to form a ring around the component. Depending on conveyor speed and time required for chemical process; number of rings are placed one after another for each stage.

A Powder Spray Booth recollects over-sprayed powder, which can be re-used. An efficient powder spray booth can recollect up to 95 to 97% of the powder. The basis for design of powder spray booth is always to suit the specific requirement of the user. This calls for a modular concept for the booth design. the size of the booth is determined by the size of the objects to be coated and the production volume.

the standard type of side draft spray painting booth; at times, is not suitable to facilitate the painting of small components because it requires more floor space and it consumes more electrical power. further, end user; wish to paint small and tiny components; feels it too big and un useful to him. to overcome this feeling; we have developed a small and tiny side draft spray painting booth with the name bench spray painting booth.

These booths are specially designed for continously moving component; either hanged on the overhead conveyor or placed on floorslatroller conveyor. In short these are painting booths for mass production. Although, the air velocity in the painting are is same as in the standard booth; the air volumee handled by the exhaust fan is more.

For the heavier and bulky components like containers, vehicle chasis etc, it is not easy to rotate them inside the painting booth. So instead, operator moves around and paints the component. In this type of painting booth fresh air flows from top to the bottom; as such they are called down draft spray painting booth.
