We are engaged in manufacturing of wide range of spray painting plants on turn key basis to suit the clients' requirement. Every plant is customized as per client specification. We provide complete solution for spray painting plant on turn key basis. We also manufacture allied supporting equipments such as hot air generator for indirect heating system, air supply units for painting booth, sludge seperators for phosphating etc.

A Powder Spray Booth recollects over-sprayed powder, which can be re-used. An efficient powder spray booth can recollect up to 95 to 97% of the powder. The basis for design of powder spray booth is always to suit the specific requirement of the user. This calls for a modular concept for the booth design. the size of the booth is determined by the size of the objects to be coated and the production volume.

Considering air flow pattern, spray painting booths can be divided in TWO major categories; namely SIDE DRAFT and DOWN DRAFT Spray Painting Booths.

Liquid paint needs drying or stoving. To facilitate this we have a range of dryingcuring or baking ovens. Depending on the load and requirement they can be tailor made for batch oven or conveyorized oven.

Electrically operated direct heating type ovens are easy to operate and requires least maintenence. The electrical heaters can be easily placed inside the oven chamber thereby nullifying any chances of heat losses. Circulating air is then allowed to pass over the heaters; which absorbs the heat generated by the heating elements. This air is then distributed inside the oven and it passes oven the component inside the oven.
