The Sun Shine Vacuum seed counters are ideal for the seed testing laboratories and research facility. It is house in painted lid Steel cabinet. It has counting work space 2' x 2' with sufficient storage space provided for pump and accessories. It is capable to count wheat, paddy, maize, mustard, onion seeds etc for germination test.Through vacuum technology, different sizes of seed can be counted. It has the facility to suck 50/100 seeds at a time and place them on the petri dish or germination paper for germination test.
The Sun Shine Counting and Placement Trays are constructed of durable acrylic material with brass screws. Each 2-piece tray features a spring-loaded encasement that allows for quick, uniform discharge of seed. Ideal for placement on germination pads or for quick seed counts. These trays are washdown safe to avoid cross contamination or treatment build-up. Standard trays are pre-drilled with 100 openings and are available in three frame sizes.

The aspirator separates foreign material from granular product by means of spreading flow over intake cone. The thin stream of material is introduced to a controlled current of air of that passes through the material as it falls.
The air flow is controlled with a sensitive valve which restricts or increases air passage to the centrifugal collector.
The sample is poured in receiving hopper. The flow dial is set for desired rate of flow; air slide adjusted and locked; and fan turned on .Flow may be started or stopped instantly. Foreign matter removed from sample is collected within the removable, transparent plastic cup.

The NOBBE TRIER is used for sampling free flowing, small seeded crops in bag or penetrable containers. It is ideal for clovers, timothy, brassicas, fine grasses such as bluegrass, and small vegetable seeds. It is inserted horizontally into the container and the sample pours out of open end. Sunshines Nobbe trier available in a 3/4 diameter version; 20 overall length, one opening starts 2-3/8 from the tip and is 2-1/2 long. Available in Brass or Stainless Steel.

These professional germination papers will provide much more accurate germination results. SSIs seed germination paper is made by special material for the seeds germination inspection. Before the germination test, place the paper on the bottom of the seed container, then planting the seeds on the top of the paper. The paper could hold sufficient wet to meet the germination test requirement.

Our laboratory ovens are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of thick MS sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens. This divider is made to meet F.C.I and B.I.S. Requirements. Material flowing components are made by special process to give smooth finish and made without welding or joint. It is used to reduce the size of grain/seed sample into two halves, each exactly representative of the original sample. To operate this device, a sample of grain is poured in the hopper and then released down a cone which is directly under the center of the opening. Around the base of the cone are 38 openings or pockets. The grain falling down the sides of the cone is cut into 38 separate streams, rejoining into two streams which empty into two pans. The divider is calibrated to provide accuracy of 1% between pans on a 1000g sample. The body and inner parts are made of brass eliminating possibility of rust. the legs and supports are made of chrome plated steel.

Sunshine Computerised seed counter is specially designed for quick counting of seeds. This machine is very useful for pulses and grain laboratories where counting of seeds is a routine requirement. It is a microcontroller based highly advanced unit with alphanumeric display of the details. The machine can be attached to a personal computer for maintaining the records of the samples obtained. It can also be connected with a serial and/or a parallel printer. It counts seeds in a given weight or volume quickly and accurately. Electromagnetic vibratory action moves the seed upward along the track. Seeds are arranged into a single line before they are discharged. As the seed speeds down the chute, it is detected by a solid state sensor.
SPECIFICATIONS:
It is used for quick cleaning and grading of small lots of seed/ grain. This machine operates on the principle of gravity with scalping and grading process to maintain the physical purity of the seed lots by removing inert material from the seed lots by cleaning process. The separation of undesirable material of seeds from desirable is done on the basis of difference in seed weight and size. This machine performs 3 process of blowing, scalping and grading. On first process light chaffy material is removed from seed mask in two places thru blowing. On 2nd process good seeds dropped thru top screen openings but over size seeds is carried over the screen and removed in separate spout. On large process good seeds ride over screen openings of bottom screen, while undersize seeds drop through and remove in separate spout.
