Our Coil Heaters are made of nickel chrome resistance wire placed inside chrome nickel steel tube filled with MgO powder and compacted for faster and efficient heat transfer. The heaters are annealed to acquire malleability for bending into any shape. Hot runner heaters with built in thermo couple are also available. Hot runner bushes are produced with hot runner heaters of different cross section with inner brass and outer stainless steel cover.

However, it is crucial to follow recommended installation techniques. these include

• it allow sufficient space for thermal expansion and the amount of space required depends upon the heater size and operating temperatures
• keep the surface to be heated free of any foreign material
• the surface to be heated should have a smooth finish
• after the initial heatup, retighten the clamping devices to ensure good surface contact
• use thermal insulation to reduce heat losses, but be sure that the insulation does not come in contact with heaters.
