These enameled copper wires offer high thermal conductivity and are corrosion resistance. Their strength makes them highly durable and offer ease of fabricating, joining and forming.
We offer enameled copper wires of thermal classes B, F, H and Dual Coated variety. These enameled copper wires are provided in SWG 8 to SWG 36

Types of Enameled Wire:

1. Single Coat

Polyurethane : used in transformers, meters, electronic devices
Polyester : used in motors for household applications
Polyester-imide : in high power motors
Polyamide-imide : used in small motors

2. Dual Coat

Self bonding polyurethane
Self bonding polyester-imide
Polyurethane over coated with polyamide
Polyester over coated with polyamide
