The container is used as the dairy building. We shall sale the plant with container with all the mcs duly fixed in the container. Export Containers sail on the salty, corrosive, rough atmosphere for almost 30 years. Thus on land in NTP it can last on the ground for over a century on the top of a platform under the sky. This is an instant start concept if the buyer keeps a suitable (60' x 12' x 8') concrete platform ready. Using a HD crane the plant can be installed. This concept eliminates heavy cost & long time normally needed to start a new milk processing dairy plant starting from procuring a large land, construct a hugh building, transporting machinery, equipment & installing them inside the factory building. Then installing milk pipeline, cable connections, synchronize diverse activities, etc. This consumes hugh time, efforts & expenses from the time entire machinery, equipment, pipe line materials, motors, gearboxes, control panel exhaust systems etc. Our Nano Dairy Plant shall be ready to start concept. Production can be started just in a few hours of its reaching the destination if the platform, water & power connections are ready before the container reaches the site. The concept if installed in the cattle field 5-7 thousand liter of milkday can be processed on the spot. For CIP we have installed patented electromagnetic CIP system eliminating crude CIP which consumes huge volume of water & chemicals. Our unit uses only 25% water & a little neutral & safe cleansing solution. This plant needs only 6 staff to run it from 4 am to 9 am & 6 pm to 9 pm when cows are milked.The owner can extend the working hours with Bulk Milk Cooler for surplus milk after fresh milk supply gets over.

(Patent applied for).Nano Dairy shall process cow milk on the spot in rural areas . This shall decentralize the Dairy Industry with Nano Dairy Plants.shall provide really fresh cow milk on the spot in milk producing rural areas. Poor villagers shall be able to feed children at nominal cost.Eliminated high costs of large centralizes dairies which procure raw milk from hundreds of KM for processing & also incurs cost of transporting processed milk for hundreds of KMs to the distant consumers. Thus the cost of processed milk of large dairies is non affordable price. While villagers earn only say Rs. 31- per liter for raw cow milk, the price of processed cow milk is Rs.43- per liter. Our concept can pay Rs. 2 extra to villagers and processed milk can be available @ Rs. 36- per liter to the consumers. At present Poor children drink Tea when their mothers fail to feed enough mother's milk. With the saving of Rs. 7- per liter poor villagers shall be able to give cow milk to their poor children. This concept shall reverse the flow of rural masses from villages to mega cities to their native places. This shall also increase our agricultural produce as young strong men shall be able to increase farm production in their villages. This shall also reduce the pressure on mega cities & slums.
