The production unit is based in baddi (himachal pradesh, india) which is spread in a total area of 6 acres. super hoze flexible hoses are designed to function effectively under varied temperature & pressure conditions. A wide variety of hoses are manufactured using the most advanced braiding machines from oma (italy) and magnatech. Extrusion is done on a high speed (cold feed) extruder with automatic diameter controller, which ensures the required od to optimum levels. Production is also under taken for a wide range of swaged reusable & socket less fittings. These fittings are completely compatible with the hoses to ensure fail-safe assemblies. The company makes special high temperature hoses suitable upto 150 degree temperature.
