All blades are hardened to 6364 hrc, triple tempered and pressed quenched to give flattest saw possible. These blades are manufactured incorporating the latest developments in cutting geometries and surface treatments.

the raw material for hss saws are rolled metal sheet, cut into blanks. The heat treatment is done by a very morden automatic, ecologically safe throughfeed hardening line. A consistent and optimal hardness of the tools is guaranteed with this new technology.
