Sureflo Robotics division introduces the first of its type UNMANNED and REMOTELY Controlled Robotic Dredge systems “UR-DS”. Designed and manufactured in India, the UR-DS is capable of removing silt, sludge, ash and other settled solids from reservoirs, lagoons, basins with a pumping capacity of 150 m3/hr. and more. The remote-controlled dredges UR-DS are ideal solutions for dredging in complex and difficult environments. With minor modifications or addition of accessories, the UR-DS can be used for a wide range of applications from ports, lagoons, basins, ponds, quarries, mines to industrial and municipal basins. Remote control operation provides highest safety of operation as the dredge system is unmanned and remotely operated hence achieving “No Man Entry” concept.
Sureflo Disc Diffusers are high-efficiency fine bubble diffusers designed to deliver superior oxygen transfer and reliable performance in wastewater treatment applications. Manufactured using high-quality EPDM, PU, or Silicone membranes, these disc diffusers are available in standard sizes such as 5 " , 9” and 12”. The precision-engineered perforation pattern ensures uniform bubble distribution and optimal aeration efficiency, reducing energy consumption and enhancing biological treatment.
