Surya Springs- ISO 9001-2000 group Perusing excellence in the field of helical springs & wire forms ,spring assemblies with fasteners , plastic moulded component fabrication providing services since 1986 to its various clients worldwide. Group has its 7 plants in Aurangabad - 1) 4 are making solar water heater under the name Sudarshan Saur pvt ltd., 2) 1 plant is for press parts under the name Surya Auto Components 3) 2 plants are making springs and wire forms Plant 1 is at waluj C-52 which is the 1st plant of this group ( where solar water heater started after springs) manufacturing various range of helical springs & wire forms , with various wire grades & sizes (diameters) ranging from 0.1mm to 13 mm with 250-300 million capacity per annum. The Surya Auto components unit , manufactures hose clamps such as T-bolt clamps, worm type clamps, spring loaded clamps, spring band clamps etc. as per the clients requirement. Due to increase demand from our esteemed clients, Surya Springs has recently started spring assemblies with plastic moulded components specially used in washing machine & refrigerator shelf.
