Suryoday Dehydration, an ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008 Certified Enterprise, was established in the year 2012 in Bhavnagar city of Gujarat. The company was initiated by Mr. Bhojbhai Nanakabhai Bhukan, who is very enthusiastic and result oriented having vast experience of the entire process (from growing of vegetables to final products). He is also a revolutionary farmer to adopt organic farming techniques at his farm. Also, Mr. Sattarbhai Sakurbhai Sarvaiya and Mr. Kadarbhai, the Partners of the enterprise, have shown immense dedication and hard work to take the company at the sky-scrapping heights in the industry. Infrastructure
Our setup is spread in 8 acres of area, which is only 3 kms away from Mahuva city, having Pipavav and Kandla as the nearest ports for shipment. We have upgraded our facility by installing three efficient metal detectors, dryers, cutter machine, vibro classifier, auto sealing machine, automatic color shorting machine make Optical Colour Sorter to maintain the high hygiene levels. We continue to strive for upgrading R&D facility and introduce the advanced day-to-day technological improvements to achieve the best quality Dehydrated Vegetables.
Quality Assurance
We have set-up the most modern and integrated dehydration facility in the midst of a large onion and vegetables growing area. We supply high-quality seed to our growers and get onions and vegetables grown on contract. These are harvested at the peak of maturity, flavor and taste and quickly transported to our processing facility. Manual harvesting enables the growers to supply clean and high quality produce demanded by farm fresh.
These raw materials undergo quality inspection, careful sorting and dehydration ensuring maximum retention of flavor, aroma, colors, and taste. Dehydrated flakes are then carefully milled into different fractions on our state-of-the-art milling facility ensuring strictest sanitation, food safety and hygienic conditions. During milling, the products undergo metal-detection at the last stage and are then packed in bag-in-box. These are then stored under lower temperature and humidity and are supplied to the customers throughout the world. Elaborate marking, labeling and recording systems have been evolved to ensure complete traceability. Our dehydration facility is the most modern and integrated facility in the world.
Our in-house laboratory has facility for analyzing the physical, chemical and microbiological parameters installed with latest technology equipment, such as The Laminar Floor, Microscope, Colony Counter, Autoclave, PH Meters, Distillation Plant, etc. which are the utmost requirement of a food processing unit. We also provide Third Party Certification, such as SGS, GEO-CHEM or any other reliable agency of customer’s choice.
