Hypnotherapy deals with the human mind, mainly the subconscious part of the mind. Conscious Mind is that part of the mind whose job is to stay alert, pay attention, concentrate, evaluate the situation or information based on its understanding, not allowing the false or harmful information to enter into the subconscious mind, critical-defensive-logical – protective and conscious thinking. In a way, it is a guard – watchman or ‘CHAWKIDAR’.

Senior Citizens have very peculiar psychological needs, but due to the professional limitations of people they are not able to pay proper attention to their old age parents. And due to this those people lead to very miserable lives with many psychosomatic illnesses ( ie physical illnesses which are not from physical reasons but are due to psychological problems ).

Music was never invented or discovered, but something innate in us all. It comes as no surprise then, that for centuries, Sound Healing has been used as therapy to cure many ailments. Our body is made up of more than 70% of water. Sounds of different frequencies generates different waves and vibrations in the water. If correctly used, these vibrations can induce lot of healing and relaxing effect on each and every cell of human body. In ancient Greek Culture, Sound Healing was used greatly by Aesculapius , Plato and Aristotle…they knew that music affected the soul and the emotions. Hippocrates played music for his patients, too. In Ancient Egyptian healing temples music was the important tool of healing.

Those days are gone, when it was considered as a Taboo to visit a counselor to share emotional or psychological issues. Today’s new generation knows very well that sharing their secrets and emotional weak points to a person or friend who is not professionally trained for this task, can lead to much more further complications. It not only lacks the expert and professionally trained advice and guidance but privacy and confidentiality are also missing in such scenarios.

Your life is putting you again and again in the similar kind of emotional turmoil or you are getting same kind of difficult persons again and again in your life ( Life frequent break ups in relationships , losses in business , no success in job where ever you go etc ), or your life is giving you some irrational divine signals like same dream again and again , coming across few number patterns frequently during the day ( life 11:11 in your watch, or 4444 numbered vehicle comes across you where ever you go )

Emotion is the driving force of our day to day life. Whichever action we take or whichever action we resist ourselves to take …the reason behind them must be some emotion. For example, a smoker wants to stop smoking due to some emotional reason, but not able to stop. The reason is there must be a stronger emotional reason in his/her subconscious mind which is stopping him to stop smoking !

Realization of our actual potential is the biggest thing a human can achieve in today’s world. Modern parents are so much concerned about their young children’s potentials that they don’t leave any stone unturn to give their kids chance to perform. But the method they use is Trial & Error. They engage kids in different activities randomly. But the problem with this method is it drains out the child completely as he needs to go for sports activities also and music / dance / painting also mostly on the same day ! And the burden of school / tuition is altogether an another story. So much load on the little shoulders of an innocent child ! And performance pressure from all sides leave his with all negative notions about world for the life time.

Married life is a heaven and hell put together. But if we are not aware of this fact, and we are not well aware about the rules of the game it can turn in to the worst nightmare of life. Spending entire life together with an individual needs lot of understanding, not just about that person but about human mind and life. It involves thousands of complexities and endless challenges. It requires skill to make the relationship harmonious.

As mentioned in the Post Marriage counseling section of this website, having happy married life requires lots of understanding about life, about human nature and about relationships. Normally people have very high expectations from their upcoming marriages, and when they face the reality it becomes intolerable for them. Which might lead to severe complications those affects overall lives of not only the individuals involved in that marriage but also both the families.

Becoming a parent is a huge responsibility. In today’s nuclear family system with one or two kids and working parents makes this more critical. Social media influences , exposure to all sorts of TV shows and many other side effects of technological advancements have made children prone to lot of dangers. Subconsciously, parents follows the parenting they received from their parents or they follow exactly the opposite of it- it depends upon their outlook towards their childhood. But they forget two very important facts , one is the time has changed world has transformed drastically than what it used to be 3 decades ago and second their kids are different individuals , their psychological and emotional needs can be way different than their parents’.

But Disturbed families , abusive families , detached families , Non-communicative , Non expressive families are the realities of today’s stressful society. In a disturbed family affects each and every member of it and when those members goes out-side of the family they carry these deeply buried negativities with them which can come on surface anytime during that person’s life.
