Swastik Technologies is the manufacturer of Sander Balloons, which is designed to run on various tools like Angle Polishers, Straight Grinders & Flexible shaft Grinders. When an abrasive belt is fitted on the balloon and inflated to a prescribed air pressure, it is suitable for various blending, finishing operations on ferrous and non ferrous metals. Due to flexibility in the balloon, it confines to different contours of work piece. The material of construction of balloon helps prevent chatter marks, smearing and undue patterns by uniformly distributing pressure across the balloon. The material removal rate can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure. Applications : Scratch removal on SS surface. Removal of scratches using coated abrasive belt. Weld blending using coated abrasive belts. Hairline / Matte Finishing on SS using Medium & VF. grits of Non Woven Abrasive belts
