Symphony Gases (P) Ltd. began filling LPG cylinders in the year 2000 with its state of art LPG Bottling Plant located in the Burdwan district of West Bengal, India. We marketed domestic and commercial LPG in cylinders of various capacities in various district of West Bengal.  In the year 2007, the company got an opportunity to provide bottling assistance to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limted,  a Forbes 2000 and Global Fortune 500 company, is one of the major integrated oil refining and marketing companies in India. It is a Mega Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) with Navaratna status. Its annual turnover for FY-2015-16 is over $31 billion. It is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), India.  The company has been providing uninterrupted assistance to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited till date.  Due to its unwavering commitment to quality and quantity, the company has kept on investing in improving and expanding its plant, while complying to all statutory rules and guidelines. As on today, the plant has been automated in a manner where manpower involvement has been reduced, reducing the possibility of defects. Symphony Gases (P) Ltd. has been awarded Grade 3 rating by CRISIL Limited, an S&P Global Company, for parallel marketing of LPG. The manpower experience including the work staff and management personnel is over 175 man years in LPG industry.

With the increase in the quality of lifestyle, people have become very concerned about the aesthetics of their homes. Homes have become more attractive to look at and households try to use methods to maintain the beauty of their homes. Cylinders are made of steel. They have a long life and are handled in various locations and in various manner. Thus, a lot of dirt, mud, etc. gets accumulated at the base of cylinders. Cylinders are also very heavy.  When these cylinders are installed in kitchens, they tend to damage and dirty the floor. Furthermore, being heavy, its very tough to move cylinders. In order to provide a solution for this, the company has introduced plastic and stainless steel trolleys with locking wheels. A LPG Stove / Burner is an extremely vital piece of equipment in your kitchen. Most cooking is done on a LPG stove / burner. Thus, it is very important that the LPG stove / burner in the kitchen be of high quality. A poor quality stove / burner does not only waste LPG but is also hazardous. Our company has been supplying high quality LPG stoves and burners for domestic and commercial use for close to 10 years. Made according to the existing ISI standards, the stoves have been installed in over thirty thousand kitchens. We have also installed burners in large kitchens where food is prepared daily for hundreds of people. We have also installed burners in kitchen canteens of the Indian Army.

Currently, over 16 crore LPG connections have been issued to families in India. The Government of India is targeting to increase this figure by atleast 5 crores in the next three years. In order to cater to the consumers close to 25 crore cylinders are in circulation at any time in India. According to the directive of the Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organisation, Government of India, each cylinder needs to get examined and repaired (if required) periodically. We are in the process of setting up a cold repair facility for LPG cylinders in the Howrah district of West Bengal. This facility shall examine cylinders for defects, loss in weight, damages, etc. and rectify the same. The cylinders shall also get repainted and made fit for further use. This facility shall be automated to reduce human error.
