Vacuum is created with the help of Axial Flow fan and thus air is sucked from outside of the paint room. Air enters through Inlet Filters and so air is filtered and dust and other foreign particles are filtered enabling us to prevent deposition of impurities on job being painted. The air flowing downwards takes the over sprayed paint and passes through paint trap filters where paint particles are filtered and clean air is discharged outside paint room. Paint Trap filters can be replaced periodically.

In open air blasting, recovery of abrasive material is very tedious, time consuming and costly task and also the efforts made thereof do not result in efficient recovery. In Blast Room System having appropriate abrasive recovery system the task becomes very easy and cost effective resulting in saving material and operation costs.

Based on induction-suction principle, Suction Blasting Machine is recommend for cleaning & de-buring small and medium size objects. Garnets is derived from mined Almandine mineral deposits which is the heaviest and hardest of the all garnet types, resulting in an ideal abrasive grain for blasting applications. Syncgar has sub angular shape leading to extremely fast cutting rates resulting in lower abrasive consumption. The high specific gravity of Syncgar , and its low breakdown rate, results in significantly reduced dust levels, ensuring good operator visibility and lesser risk to personnel or environmental contamination in surrounding areas when compared with other expendable minerallic abrasive media. The low consumption rate and recyclability up to 5 times reduces the volume of waste for disposal. Being a naturally occurring mineral it is non-polluting to the environment. Syncgar can be used for preparation of steel and non ferrous metal surfaces prior to coating, as cutting media for water jet cutting machines, engraving of stone and glass, cleaning of concrete and brickwork, cleaning of components in contamination sensitive areas, and bonded and coated abrasives.

This machine is the most convienent product to convey in a steel bar or tube. The angle of the diabolos determines the helix and the speed of the forward movement. A wide angle will increase the number of revolutions per foot of forward movement and conversely a narrow angle will decrease the numbers.The diabolo form of rotation and traversing is used. There are various versions of this type of machine. Machines of swing - table design are made with table diameters from 54 inches (1371.6 mm) up to 126 inches (3200.4 mm).The machine can be used with one table together with one or two auxilliary tables. While the machine is blasting one load, an auxilliary table may be preloaded outside the machine, and the two tables exchanged after the completion of blasting. In addition to time saving in loading and unloading, spare table enables the work pieces to be turned over for further blasting when necessary.

The abrasive particles are suspended in liquid, generally water, and pumped to the nozzle in slurry form. The compressed air stream is supplied in the nozzle to increase the velocity and positive pressure when it comes in contact with abrasive slurry. The pressure pump is made up of wear resistant material. Use of wet blaster is recommended for surface finishing operations and light mark. Synborcano TM Pressure Blasting Series:Pressure Blasting Series Synborcano Nozzles not only utilize the same fine 19mm (3/4") thread as the Short Series nozzles, but also feature a longer, venture style design. Being a venture type nozzle, the Medium Series Nozzles provide much higher abrasive velocities than straight bore nozzles along with wider blast patterns. Synborcano TM Suction/Wet Blasting Series:Suction/Wet Boron Carbide nozzles have inner liner and an aluminum outer sleeve, incorporating a 3/4" (19mm) straight thread, for connection to the nozzle holder. These machines are effective for small production purposes. The barrel is usually in the order of 40 inches (1016mm)* 60 inches (1524mm). The machine is ideally suited for foundries. Sufficient height is obtained to feed the abrasive through an air wash separator system. The volume of air for ventilation of the barrel and separator is adjusted by means of blast gates and the volume of sand and contaminants in the abrasive is kept to a minimum.

The most important alternative to dry filter spray booths are water-wash booths. Instead of collecting overspray in the filters, a constant stream (curtain) of water collects over sprayed paint particles from the air. Water flowing down makes the curtain which collects much of the overspray. In the entrainment section, suction is generated with the help of exhaust fan and it forces over sprayed paint to mix in water curtain. Sludge collected in water tank shall be removed and disposed off regularly. An agitator can be provided to restrict sludge to be deposited in tank. Water tank and paint chamber are coated with Zinc or Aluminium to protect it from corrosion. The complete body may be made in stainless steel for long life in wet conditions
