Generally the Shoe manufacturers come across the problems of residuals left on the mould of shoes. Removal of these residuals, many a times, is not an easy task. Generally acids/ chemicals are used to remove rubber residual on moulds, but the same has various drawbacks i.e. residual acids or chemicals damage mould surface and result in reduced footwear quality, high-cost of acids, poisonous acid fumes which cause serious health problems, difficulties in disposal of acids etc.
Synco has come up with the solution for cleaning of moulds by the glass bead blasting process that easily facilitates cleaning of residual rubber from moulds while keeping the mould surface unaffected.
