Our Single Toggle Jaw Crushers are heavy duty machines designed to crush toughest of the ores. Jaw Crushers are primary stage crushers which take the brunt of rocks coming in to the plant in natural (gravel) or blasted (mined) form.

Cone Crushers are mostly secondary stage reducers, though used in tertiary and quaternary stages in high capacity crushing plants. Our cone crushers have large feed size opening (to accept odd oversized material coming out of jaw crusher), and a large setting range to ensure that customer gets what he wants – 020mm (concrete aggregates) or 040mm (road aggregates) or 070mm (road sub base).

We manufacture new generation, autogenous Vertical shaft Impact Crushers which work on rock on rock principle to produce cubicle shape and high quality construction sand. The three port rotor of VSI – which is held by a high strength forged shaft & radial bearings – spins at a range of 1000 ~ 1800 rpm.

Taurian Grizzly Feeders are rugged, two step separation feeders generally used before a jaw crusher and in rare cases – before a cone crusher (only in special applications)

Vibrating Screens are used typically in secondary tertiary final stages of crushing to segregate calibrated (sized) product fractions. Taurian screens are offered from single deck to four deck construction; from 50 tph to 500 tph capacity applications.

Pan Feeders are used below the Surge Bins or below the primary stockpile tunnels. Pan feeders have successfully replaced reciprocating type feeders due to its simple construction and easy operation. Our Pan feeders are fitted with abrasion resistant special steel for long wear life.
