We conduct Exit Interviews of the leaving employees ascertaining the reason behind leaving his / her present job, seeking their feedback / advise for betterment / filling the loop holes in the company
An exit interview is typically a meeting between at least one representative from our team and a departing employee. (The departing employee usually has voluntarily resigned vs. getting laid off or fired.) Our representative might ask the employee questions while taking notes, asks the employee to complete a questionnaire, or both.
