We offer superior quality hydro wound pp cartridges that are manufactured with an interlocking weave (diagonally wound) which provides an efficient and cost effective cartridge. These filtration cartridges have various striking features in comparison to other cartridges such as high structural integrity coupled with lower pressure drop, improved dirt holding capacity and filtration efficiency. These filtration cartridges are made from fda approved polypropylene yarn that is environment friendly and recyclable material. In these cartridges, each of the filaments is weaved in continuation throughout the length of the yarn that makes the cartridge free from any media migration problem. Randomly protruding short loops of adjacent yarns are trapped resulting in a stable media structure. This provides an excellent knife edge sealing property to the cartridge increasing its durability. These filtration cartridges have proved to be more resistant to particle unloading under varying pressure fluctuations and flow of the liquid. These filtration cartridges are available in removal ratings from 0.5 to 100 micron.
