Techno Enterprise is expertise in drying equipment as Sand dryer. First material (Sand) will store in silos or hopper. Through belt conveyor/Bucket Elevator material passing in Sand Dryer for dryer process to remove internal moisture in Sand. Sand dryer is designed by the capacity requirement of clients and when material enter in shell of dryer form one side and another side given connection of coal burner which is used to fire in shell of sand dryer to remove moisture.
After this process material out from dryer and going to Rotary screen through belt conveyor. Rotary Screen (Screening Machine for Sand) has various types and as per client requirement we set rotary screen in one, two, three or more outputs with different screen sizes. Screen Sizes defines different particles sizes separation from sands. After process of Rotary Screen, different particle of sands will collect in screw conveyors and will pass on Bucket Elevator. Bucket elevator Lifts separation material in Storage silos.
