Grow bags are an ideal way to grow tomatoes, chillies and cucumber on sunny patios and balconies, as well as in the greenhouse. Coco peat grow bags are used as plant substrates for soil less cultivation, largely used in greenhouses for growing vegetables such as Tomatoes, Paprika, Cucumber, Strawberries and cut flower production An excellent growing medium for seed raising, floriculture and horticulture applications. Easy to handle, store and use ideal for green house applications. Grow Bag is a compressed slab of Coco Pith and Coco Husk Chips .Only two raw materials are used for the production. First one is Coco pith and second one is Coco Chips. Grow bags are suitable for use in the greenhouse. Grow bag can be used for growing tomatoes, Cucumbers etc. and bedding plants. Grow Bags are mainly used for hydroponics growing under greenhouse conditions. They are suitable for a wide variety of crops such as: vegetables (tomato, pepper, cucumber, strawberry, melon, watermelon, eggplant…), flowers (gerberas, roses…), soft fruit (strawberry, berries…) and fruit nurseries (citrus trees, olive trees, fruit trees…). Plastic is UV treated, availability white (outside) black (inside) or blackblack. Different possibilities to make it easier for growers: planting holescuts, pre-drilled drip holes, drainage cuts, tailor-made sizes… Grow Bags are available on different coco peat crush chips combinations for an adequate airwater ratio, depending on crop, variety, season, climate conditions, water salinity.

Brown Fibre Coconut Fiber & Bristle Fiber: Coconut fiber is baled in hydraulic presses to load 20 MT per 40 ft Container Two qualities are supplied . Brown Fiber: Fiber extracted from dried coconut husk. Golden Brown: Fiber extracted from Green Husk.

Natural Substrate for growing plant is the material derived from the coconut husk after the extraction of coconut fiber. This material is sieved, washed and dried and briquetted in 650 gm, and 5kG Blocks. Coco peat briquettes are palletized and exported.

Machine Twisted Coir is used to manufacture car seats and Rubberized Coir mattresses. We manufacture coir according to the specifications required by each industry.

bare sheets in various densities (70 Kgm3, to 100 kgm3) are supplied by us. Maximum width: 2 Mtr. Length as required. 10 mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, sheets are available for export. The Machine Twisted fiber and Natural latex are the raw materials for the production of Rubberized Coir. Rubberized Coir is used in the manufacturing of mattress. The Techno Exports is exporting the following Rubberized Coir products for mattress industry.

Bristle Fiber: Coconut fiber is used for making brushes. We supply bristle fiber 2 Tie as per the buyer’s requirement.

Handspun Jute rugs are made in handlooms. Common variety is the boucle weave with tucked boarders. Natural and dyed colors are available.

Mats are made by using fully galvanized wire and high quality coir brush. This is an excellent outdoor mat useful for winter.
