We Offer Tearing Strength Tester , Elmendorf Type. This tester is intended for measuring the tearing resistance of paper, films and other sheets from the time tearing off starts to the moment a fixed length is torn off by the loss of potential energy of the fan shaped pendulum. It conforms to International Standard TAPPI, SCAN, ISO standard. SPECIFICATIONS : Tearing resistance tester is easy to operate and has a high accuracy level ± 1% of readout value. The complete pendulum is easily interchangeable after loosening the curled nut on the bearing shaft and, the whole pendulum assembly can be removed from the stand. SKF frictionless bearing assemblies are made of stainless steel. Sample clamp are made of stainless steel. Pivoted knife are made of hardened carbon steel. Specimen size: 62.0 mm ± 0.2 mm long and 50 mm ± 2 mm width. Scale graduation 0-100. Interchangeable pendulum having the following capacity. Digital Bursting Strength Tester

We offer bursting strength tester is intended for measuring strength of paper / strong paper board by submitting it to an increasing a uniform hydraulic pressure. This instrument is reliable and designed to produce the result with high accuracy and repeatability by incorporating electronics automatic pressure release system and conforms to international standard. Bs 3137, iso 2759, tappi t 807 om-82. t 810 om-80 etc. Push switch operates ¼ horsepower motor, single phase 220/250 volts ac and drives the hydraulic system and produce uniform increasing pressure of a rate of 95 ml/min 5 ml/min. The test sample is clamped between two clamping parallel plate manually by tightened the screw, and pressure on the sample is transmitted through rubber diaphragm which causes the sample to expand into the upper clamping plate until it burst. After releasing the push switch pressure gets release automatically and optical sensor stops the motor, which is responsible to produce results with high accuracy and repeatability.
