Mechanism : Single pole, snap action, change over contacts which may be used to provide a double throw switch to change from one circuit to another with a common supply line, or may be used as normally open or normally closed switched. The change over time in all cases is fairly independent of the plunger speed. The contact points are an alloy of silver suitable for long life. The contact elements are double break and have self-wiping contacts. The elements are interchangeable and can be stacked without additional hardware. 1 to 6 elements (NO or NC) can be used with pushbuttons and selector switches. For illuminated switches, 1 or 2 elements (NO or NC) can be used.
