tekni, located approximately 11 miles south of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India), is a cooling tower manufacturer and spare parts supplier. tekni, operating since 1977, has a fully integrated manufacturing facility (10763 Sq. Ft.) to ensure highest quality levels and full capability to meet customers’ cooling system requirements. We specialize in field erected, timber frame or fiberglass, counter-flow and cross-flow water cooling towers. In addition to our custom engineered cooling towers and allied spares, we also provide comprehensive inspections, upgrades, refurbishment, emergency repair and contract maintenance services to leading power generation, process plant, industrial, and HVAC customers primarily throughout Southeast Asia, Middle East and European countries. Around 10 sales representatives promote tekni products and services in these regions. Our clients include major chemical companies, oil and gas refineries, utilities, air separation companies and industrial plants. Much of our work involves special applications such as high and low ph waters, high water temperatures, low wet bulb temperatures and severe winter operating conditions. High-performing, energy efficient, durable cooling towers; proprietary cooling tower design software; sophisticated water recycling techniques and low maintenance costs are some of the salient features of tekni products. Our cooling tower fans are built to consume the lowest energy that helps our clients to drive their energy costs in running our towers in their facilities. In addition to tower parts, we can also assist you with major or minor repairs to your cooling towers including Tower refills, Hot water basin replacements & covers, Cold & hot water basin liners, Tower Preventative Maintenance, Tower Cleaning, Structural & Casing Repairs/Upgrades, Hot Water Balancing, etc. tekni does not restrict itself to only manufacturing and supplying cooling towers, but also plays vital role in transporting to site, erection, commissioning and testing of complete cooling towers.
