Teryair Air Powered Airless Paint Sprayers are having much tougher fittings including specially treated, chromed stainless steel rods & cylinders which withstand wear and operate over a longer span or time when pumping highly abrasives or corrosive materials.
Spur-Gear Chain Hoists are made up of specially heat treated and proof tested steel chain hoists equipped with a safety guard. These hoists can be operated any angle and are equipped with a slip bolt which allows easy replacement of the load chains. The load wheel operates on precision ball bearing which is sealed with lubrication inside to eliminate the adverse effect of particles and dust on the moving parts. The top, bottom hooks, and the crosshead are drop forged and the bottom hook is swivel type to allow easy turning and the bottom of the load. These hoists have superior working capacities.

Compressed air supply is often contaminated with moisture, fine debris or both. The use of a filter and a moisture separator on an airline reduces these undesirable elements to an acceptable level. Allowing moisture and debris to enter expensive equipment often causes unexpected damage and premature failure of equipment. If such air is used on pneumatic tools, the debris in the air causes malfunctioning and quick wear on precision parts, often causing damage. The teryair Tank cleaning equipment is a device which cleans tanks and vessels thoroughly and saves time and money. Its working principle isas follows;
Water is fed into this Tank Cleaning Jet at a highpressure of 6 to 10 Bar (870 to 1450 PSI). The water in moving through the equipmentoperates a fluid driven turbine and this imparts the unique rotary motion of the dual jets. Thisaction takes place in two axes, vertical and horizontal.
The high-pressure water exits through the two radially opposite jets and directs a high energy stream of fluid at the walls of the tank or vessel to be cleaned.
