Teryair Pneumatic Impact Wrenches deliver extremely high power to fasten and loosen bolts or nuts for quick assembling and disassembling jobs.
PIW 13 and PIW 19 have a rocking dog clutch mechanism, this is the best-proven clutch system for smaller size wrenches, it transmits torque smoothly and with minimum vibration
PIW 25, PIW 32 and PIW 38 feature the advanced pinless hammer mechanism, which is well suited for trouble free operation especially in the high torque applications.
Both clutch systems are easy to maintain.
All Teryair impact wrenches have an easy to use torque adjustment dial for fine tuning the output torque.
All models operate on standard 90 PSI air supply.
Compressed air supply is often contaminated with moisture, fine debris or both. The use of a filter and a moisture separator on an airline reduces these undesirable elements to an acceptable level. Allowing moisture and debris to enter expensive equipment often causes unexpected damage and premature failure of equipment. If such air is used on pneumatic tools, the debris in the air causes malfunctioning and quick wear on precision parts, often causing damage. Its the same situation with other pneumatic equipment and instruments.
Teryair Filter-Regulator-Lubricator units are a reliable solution to this problem. A FRL unit fitted on to the airlines effectively control such contaminants. They are sturdily built and are CE certified. Major components are user replaceable.
Teryair FRl is classified as per the line sizes and is available in 1/4inch, 1/2inch/ 3/4inch, 1 inch and 1- inch sizes.
All Teryair FRL units come with a clear pressure gauge and an oil regulating plug and filler plug.
Teryair FRL units are modular and can be used individually as well. They can be joined together easily by simple connectors ( available separately)
