Located yi-sarn, amphawa, samut songkhram, thailand. produced by 30 years old traditional charcoal kilns under traditional old cottage, consider as one of the first kiln in yi-san. We cutting only wood aged between 8-10 years and burning 24hrs for 15 days to become the best quality charcoal. Normally mangrove in thailand is preserved wood but yi-san is the only place in thailand where it is allowed and legal to cut mangrove wood for charcoal production. Because of the best quality of mangroves in thailand, cutting and replanting with the system. Yi-san mangrove is exemption for production and export.
