Rotary Power Chuck comes with both air and hydraulic models that range from small sizes to large ones, giving users more options to choose from. Rotary Power Chuck now is widely applied to convert manual lathes to semi-auto ones with power workholding system, or is applied to build all kinds of special purpose machines.

These chucks were earlier manufactured by MS Batliboi & Co. in collaboration with Reishauer of Switzerland. These chucks are unique in design and accuracy with no scroll, no cams but with screw, rack and pinion drive. The main features are

JAWS Eccentric Compensating chucks have been designed to hold work piece in between centre having eccentricity or irregularity. These compensating chuck provide total solution to any chucking problem that requires the jaw movement to be compensated to match the eccentricity or irregularity of the work piece.

Soft Jaws provide machinable surfaces which are customised by the end user to provide accurate component clamping. Since soft jaws can be cut they can be used in place of fixtures and simple toolings and reused several times for other components before they wear out . We manufacture soft jaws in — MS (Mild Steel), EN9 and Aluminium or as per customer requirement.

Hard Jaws share certain characteristics of soft jaws. They are made of case hardened steel - EN353 and hardened upto 50-55HRC.
