In the furnace when different types of fuel burns then a high volume of combustible gases produces which after heat transfer releases to the chimney. During the travelling this gases carries lot of particulates which are very harmful as well as hazardous though it is greatly depends on the type of fuel. To arrest the maximum particulates from the emissive gases different types of control devices are suggested.  Among them Pulse jet type Bag filter system is better one for the small and medium size or capacity Heaters / Boilers / Furnaces. We are specialised in Pulse Jet type bag filter system as Pollution control equipment on various solid fuels.  This type of system satisfy the Pollution control board norm easily. Even we have manufactured no. of S.S. made system specially for high moist fuel such as green wood and other high moist biomass fuels.

Chimney may be constructed by steel materials or with masonry work. The size and type of chimney is depend on the capacity of the heating unit. The height is to be maintained as per  the Pollution Control Board norms . Chimney is installed to discharge the combustion gases mixed with lot of pollutant substances at a much higher elevation to prevent the surrounding atmosphere. Our speciality on design and fabrication of any type i.e. Self supported & Guy rope supported steel chimney. Advantage on steel chimney is that it can be erected with in very short time, can be repaired/ replaced easily.

Thermic fluid system is a forced circulation single phase heating system. The hot fluid from the heat exchanger outlet is taken to the utility through the thermic fluid transfer the heat to the process and returns to the heater through deaerator-cum-expansion tank.  The main heat exchanger unit consists of 2-sets of helically winded coil with a roof coil.  It is a uniquely designed combustion furnace with provision of both primary & secondary air distribution for all kind of solid fuel. The hot flue gas passes through these coils and transfers the heat to the thermic fluid.

Is generally used to heat up the liquid materials indirectly at desired temperature. Size and type of heating coil will depend on the heat load and temp to be raised. We are specialized in manufacturing of very high quality Heating coil of different sizes and types.

During the Ply wood sanding/polishing and side cutting lot of dust generates which creates problem in the machine as well as hazardous. To avoid the same problem and trouble free operation a suitable dust extraction system is installed.  The dust collector may be of different types and sizes.  This is mainly depend on the process as well as cost. A vessel shall with stand higher pressure and temperature. The vessel is designed based on the  maximum working pressure, temp.  and the liquid to be stored. Generally high temp. hot water accumulator or steam accumulator are very commonly used. The accumulator helps to meet up the surge demand. We are specialised in design and manufacturing of such types of pressure vessels including applications.

As a function , the main heat exchanger is placed over the refractory lined furnace and treated water is circulated through the coil heat exchanger . Fuel is burnt in the furnace and releases the heat which is absorbed by the water which is being circulated through the coil and transfer the heat to the connected process.  In this process the water temp. may be raised over 200 deg. C moderately.  Even at this high temp. the water remains at liquid state by applying the external pressure through nitrogen over the system. There are lot of processes require heating as well as cooling system to produce the right products (e.g. Laminate, film face ply, high density ply, etc.) where heating through hot water is very effective technically.  A high amount of heat can be accumulated in a vessel (pressure vessel filled with hot water) from where the additional heat can be supplied during surge/peak load in the process. This system got an advantage over steam heating because no condensation takes place during heat transfer nor any flash steam discharges to the atmosphere. Same water circulates hence no water loss, no regular treated water requirements thus keeps the heat exchanger healthy. The best advantage of this system is that it does not fall under Boiler regulation act hence easy to install, maintain and no statutory requirements.
