We introduce ourselves as one of the prominent Ulv Fogging Machine Manufacturers and Suppliers, based in India. Fogstar- Ulv Fogger generates high-density fog with droplets size in the range of 5-15 microns. Our Low Volume Ulv Fogger provides maximum thrust, deeper penetration and wide spread of aerosols ensuring effective and uniform treatment of ULV chemical being fogged, be it aerial fumigation fogging or surface treatment. It is widely used in pharmacies, OTs, hospitals, nursing homes & clinics, ICUs, biotech industries, food & dairy industries, cold storage industries, beverages, poultry, hatcheries, animal houses, green houses, sericulture crops, seed & sapling farms and floriculture industries.

  • Fogging disinfectants with fogstar-ULV not only saves time, labor & chemical costs but more importantly enables you to carry out wide range of fumigation disinfection tasks of space & surfaces very conveniently & within short period of time, which are impossible with any of the traditional methods such as formalin + KMnO4 fumigation, mopping & spraying etc.
  • Con treat 4000 cuft or even larger space within few minutes with concentrated ULV chemical as output in the form of aerosol.
  • Ultra precision liquid flow regulating valve allows precision metering of liquid flow out of the fogger powerful motor provides greater aerosol volume at high velocity & deeper penetration covering large areas.
  • Droplets in ULV size range remains in perpetual motion in the air for sufficient period of time & also gets carried into recesses, harborages & obstructed surfaces.
  • Based on principle of cold fogging, it dose not alter any of the properties of the chemical being fogged corrosion resistant power head housing of ABS plastics & liquid storage tank of SS 304. Very easy to calibrate while changing liquids.

      • Fogstar-ULV cold foggers features full benefit of ultra low volume mode of dispensing water of oil based solutions for variety of applications as under:

      • Aerial fumigation disinfecting jobs in sterile areas of injectables, vaccines, tablets, parentrals, IV fluids, medical devices manufacturing, QC & QA areas, Microbiology laboratories and R & D Centers of pharmaceutical industry.
      • Aerial & surface disinfection tasks in food processing, packaging, storage areas, and cold rooms of dairies, ice cream, cheese production, cold storages, food dehydration, and meat & sea food processing industry.
