PES-1500-01 is a standalone electric pump that is both lightweight and portable. The pump, reservoir and motor are all combined into one easily handled package built around a steel frame with rubber feet.
The pump is fitted with a CEJN 116 coupling outlet a glycerine filled damped pressure gauge and an oil sight glass. It also features a fully functional remote control with a 5m cable.
Hytension's PES-1500-01 is well suited for use in the wind turbine industry for its relatively low weight and small size. The pump is very easy to use and maintain and is equipped with an industrial inline oil filter. It has a manually adjustable pressure relief valve for easy setting of the maximum working pressure. It is also fitted with an internal pressure safety valve.
The pump is pressurised in two states. The low pressure stage is factory set to provide a high volume oil flow for rapid piston extension and seal energising. When higher pressure is required the pump automatically switches to the high pressure, low volume mode. The high oil flow ensures the pump reaches the desired operating pressure very quickly.

Spring Return Bolt Tensioners

The long stroke HYTENSION spring return range of 1500 bar (21, 750 psi) bolt tensioning tools have been developed to improve productivity and operator safety. The spring return mechanism provides automatic piston retraction after depressurising the system at the end of the tensioning sequence. This ensures the tools are ready for the next operational sequence of tensioning, commencing from zero stroke.
The design of the tools is ideally suited for use on common flange sizes. The geometry of the tool and the high load tool capacity ensures that the location is assured and loading of the bolting application is easily achieved.
The TSR range uses the same hydraulic pump and hoses as other Boltight bolt tensioning tools, including the Xtra load range. As well as the piston retraction, the tools are designed with safety features including a piston overstroke prevention valve and maximum stroke indicator.

Additional optional features include gear drive nut rotation and oversize threading to accommodate galvanised bolting.

The new HYTENSION Xtra load range of 1500 bar tools has been developed to suit all common size flanges; including ANSI, API and Norsok L005 Compact Flanges.
The Xtra range offers high quality tooling to give safe and reliable operation.
30% more load than typical standard ranges, combined with a large usable piston stroke provides users with versatility, and fast, accurate operation.
The tools are fitted with a range of features including misalignment compensation device, over stroke safety and maximum stroke indicators. Spring piston return and gear drive nut rotation are available as an option.

NOTES
Maximum load is generated at the maximum operating pressure of 1500 bar.
For hoses fittings and pumps request data sheets 601, 602 & 603.
Unless specified, inch size tooling will be threaded UNC up to 1 inch and UN8 for 1-1/8 inch upwards.
All tools are assembled, filled with oil, pressure tested and a test certificate issued prior to despatch.
Each tool is marked with the maximum operating pressure, load and stroke. All tools are CE marked.
Any number of tools can be connected together for simultaneous operation.
Tools can be machined with other thread forms - specify when ordering.
If using tools with swivel connectors then 13 mm can be deducted from the nearest obstruction height.

This easy to use, air driven hydraulic pump is mounted in a tubular steel transportable frame painted blue. The pack is supplied complete with, air inlet connector, air filter, air pressure regulator, air lubricator, air pressure gauge, air pressure limit valve, pump on/off control, oil reservoir, oil pressure release valve, oil pressure gauge, gauge guard, air/hydraulic pump and high pressure oil outlet through a self sealing quick connect coupling.
This pump is designed for use with all 1500 bar tooling and represents the best compromise between price and performance.
A higher delivery pump is available where speed of operation is essential especially when using multiple large diameter tooling.
Pumps for 1000 bar, 2000 bar and 2500 bar working pressures are also available.
Custom built power packs, with any number of outlets, to suit your existing tooling or with special features are available on request.

PES-1500-01 is a standalone electric pump that is both lightweight and portable. The pump, reservoir and motor are all combined into one easily handled package built around a steel frame with rubber feet.
The pump is fitted with a CEJN 116 coupling outlet a glycerine filled damped pressure gauge and an oil sight glass. It also features a fully functional remote control with a 5m cable.
Hytension's PES-1500-01 is well suited for use in the wind turbine industry for its relatively low weight and small size. The pump is very easy to use and maintain and is equipped with an industrial inline oil filter. It has a manually adjustable pressure relief valve for easy setting of the maximum working pressure. It is also fitted with an internal pressure safety valve.
The pump is pressurised in two states. The low pressure stage is factory set to provide a high volume oil flow for rapid piston extension and seal energising. When higher pressure is required the pump automatically switches to the high pressure, low volume mode. The high oil flow ensures the pump reaches the desired operating pressure very quickly.

Spring Return Bolt Tensioners

The long stroke HYTENSION spring return range of 1500 bar (21, 750 psi) bolt tensioning tools have been developed to improve productivity and operator safety. The spring return mechanism provides automatic piston retraction after depressurising the system at the end of the tensioning sequence. This ensures the tools are ready for the next operational sequence of tensioning, commencing from zero stroke.
The design of the tools is ideally suited for use on common flange sizes. The geometry of the tool and the high load tool capacity ensures that the location is assured and loading of the bolting application is easily achieved.
The TSR range uses the same hydraulic pump and hoses as other Boltight bolt tensioning tools, including the Xtra load range. As well as the piston retraction, the tools are designed with safety features including a piston overstroke prevention valve and maximum stroke indicator.

Additional optional features include gear drive nut rotation and oversize threading to accommodate galvanised bolting.

All tools are assembled, filled with oil, pressure tested and a test certificate issued prior to despatch.
Each tool is marked with the maximum operating pressure, load and stroke. All tools are CE marked.
Any number of tools can be connected together for simultaneous operation.
Tools can be machined with other thread forms - specify when ordering.
If using tools with swivel connectors then 13 mm can be deducted from the nearest obstruction height.

This easy to use, air driven hydraulic pump is mounted in a tubular steel transportable frame painted blue.
