The oil bleaching process begins with optional acid treatment to neutralize residual contaminants. The oil is then mixed with activated earth using a mechanical mixer that ensures uniform distribution. This mixture is transferred into a main bleaching vessel where vacuum and heat are applied to enhance the decolorization and adsorption process. Live steam injection is optionally used to improve the efficiency of the bleaching earth. After the reaction period, the mixture is sent to hermetic filters , where the used earth and impurities are separated from the purified oil. The system is fully enclosed, minimizing oxidation, and maintains hygienic conditions throughout the process.

Crude oil is heated to an optimal temperature and treated with water or a combination of water and acid (such as phosphoric or citric acid). This causes the phospholipids to hydrate or precipitate, forming gum particles that are then separated from the oil using a high-speed separator or decanter. The degummed oil is dried under vacuum to remove residual moisture before moving to the next refining step. The system includes dosing units for water/acid, reaction vessel with agitator, retention coil, separator, and vacuum dryer – all designed for continuous operation with minimal downtime.
