We are providing cip system machine. There are models suitable not only for dairy, but also for beverage, carbonated soft drink, cheese, prepared food, brewery and other cip applications. All models function by means of circulating water and detergent. All models have recovery tanks for detergent solutions and can also be used for hot water sanitation. the unit can be specified different capacities, different cleaning points and for various combinations of detergent (recovery or single use) and also to include chemical disinfectant according to specification. The system can have one or more pressure lines with capacity alternatives from 7, 000 lh to 45, 000 lh.

We are offering uht milk. Steriliser is mainly designed for low acid dairy products, but also some secondary applications, e.g. High acid andor added value products. Further information how they can be treated is specified in the application description. steriliser, uht, represents a steriliser with high variations in capacity and options. From a production point of view it is possible with two to three shifts running time for uht milk. It can also be designed for treatment of dairy products with higher viscosity and low acid products containing fibres andor particles.

We are providing pasteurizer machines. A pasteurisation line intended for pasteurisation of dairy products. The pasteurisation line includes a basic pasteurisation module and may also include stand-alone modules for separation, standardisation, homogenisation, deaeration, filtration and bactofugation. Pasteuriser shall be equipped with different levels of automation systems.

This is a tank used for the intermediate storage of liquid foods under aseptic conditions in order to maintain production security conditions and product quality as well as contribute to total line flexibility. The aseptic storage tank is used in many ways to simplify production and production planning, primarily by acting as a buffer to balance product supply and demand between aseptic processing and packaging.
