Obtaining the Initial NOC approval from the Fire Department which is mandatory for new High rise buildings prior to starting the Construction phase
Obtaining the Yearly renewal NOC from the Fire Department for various Building where the renewals are due every year
Optimum Fire System Design Consultancy solutions based on the prevailing codes and AHJ for a new Project from the conceptual stage to the commissioning Stage.
Preparation of fire System drawings and the Finalization of Budget and Cost Analysis and to prepare the Bill of Quantity ( BOQ) for a Project.
Project Management Consultancy (PMC)of new Projects on behalf of the Clients & Architects for a smooth Project Execution .
Obtaining the Final Occupancy Certificate ( Final NOC) for Completed Projects from the Fire Department through proper liasoning with the Authorities having Jurisdiction ( AHJ).
We deal with the best practices in engineering by adhering to the various Fire codes and standards such as NBC/NFPA/KBR /Other related documents etc
b) System Integration/Contracting Service: We undertake the Supply, Installation , Testing and Commissioning of Projects such as
Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems—both Down-comer and Wet riser Systems based on the applicable codes
Fully Addressable & Conventional Fire Alarm and Detection Systems
Gas Based Protection Systems like FM200, Inergen etc
Public Address and Talkback Communication Systems

Our Project Execution Team caters to the needs of various Clients from the design stage to the Commissioning stage and ensures a quality workmanship during the different execution stages. The final output will be getting the Final Occupancy Certificate from the Fire authorities for the end user.
