Stand-alone notch and cutoff press to produces gambrel and transition trim blanks by taking a profiled slug cut. The blank is then formed offline on a Hydraulic Trim Folder or press brake to produce custom transition trim.

The Bradbury six-inch, half-round, seamless gutter machine is capable of an inward curl for single side, painted coil. It runs a variety of material including steel, aluminum and copper at approximately 35 fpm with the 1.5 hp, single phase, 13 ampere motor.

We offer track rollforming lines. Bradbury roll formers and related metal processing equipment produce a full range of garage door components. Track lines, sometimes known as j-track due to their profile shape, can be formed in 2-inch and 3-inch profiles.

End stiles, double end stiles, and center stiles are used in sectional garage door panels to support roller brackets, hinge assemblies, and lock sets. Additional stiles are placed in door sections for wind load requirements. Stiles are typically manufactured from 20-gauge to 18-gauge galvanized or pre-painted steel.

Bradbury roll formers produce angle pieces for overhead doors in a wide range of gauges from 18-gauge to 38 inch thick in hot rolled, galvanized, cold rolled, and stainless steel. Aluminum and other materials are often utilized.

We offer Strut Rollforming Lines. Struts are used to strengthen door sections on wider garage doors to handle wind loads. We build roll formers that commonly form struts from 22-gauge to 18-gauge galvanized steel in 2" and 3" leg height profiles and ½" to 2" web dimensions.
