MONO Equipment's Aztec Doughnut Fryer is the ideal solution for any sized business as it is designed to produce up to 8020 yeast raised doughnuts per hour with speed and reliabiity. The doughnuts are gently fed into the oil - which is automatically heated to the required temperature required - and a turnover device automatically turns finger, bal and ring doughnuts, ensuring a perfect finish each and every time. Each fryer is fitted with an integral oil filtration system which ensure that the oil is cleaned after each day, reducing the amount of oil used and extending the life of the oil by up to 80% resulting in significant cost savings.  The filtraation system also acts as a reservoir for automatically topping up it up to the optimum level. * Produces up to 800 float fried, yeast raised doughnuts per hour * Automatically turns finger, ball and ring doughnuts * Washable and reusable oil filter with mesh size of 30 microns * Trays are automatically raised from the oil at the end of the frying process * Each tray can hold up to 45 doughnuts * Sutiable for frying trays 30" x 18" * Reservoir automatically replenishes oil to the correct level * 80 Litre stainless steel oil tank * Integrated thermostat ensure the oil never over heats
