Compared to the standard four loop bags, these bags have different construction. The body-fabric of the bag itself is extended into a lifting loop which gives the bag a higher breaking strength and makes the FIBC easier to lift. The loops can be wrapped with coloured sleeves which provides assistance in separating different bags as per their application. An inner liner is usually incorporated to keep the product being carried both clean and dry.
These bags find their usage primarily in the agricultural sector but are also used for storing and transporting goods like powders and minerals.

Sling bags are heavy duty performers, designed to safely lift and lower cargo multiple times. The Q bag design is constructed by sewing polypropylene baffles across the four corners of the FIBC bag. Thus, when the bag is filled, the baffles prevent the sides from bulging out or falling over when being stored or transported, giving the bags a straight shape.

The Container liner is a bag of the size of a standard 20 feet or 40 feet ISO container. Made from PP Fabric this lines the inside of the container walls and hence the packed material is safer than in any sack or FIBC (Jumbo bags/Big Bags/1 ton bags). The walls of the container support the weight of the material packed and therefore there are no chances of material damage or loss. The liner bag is placed inside the container and fixed using loops provided to all sides of the container. The filling and discharge options can be customized as per your requirement.

Geotextile is a high strength polypropylene woven fabric produced from high tenacity tapes.
