CONCRETE PAVER MACHINE - RCC 750 CONVEYOR
  • The RC Conveyor concrete spreader are used in bridge paving and flat slab paving. It can spread in a width from 3 Mts. to 19 Mts.
  • The RC Conveyor place concrete in front of the Paver Finisher by Divertar car. Divertar car speed and travel speed are variable and can be controlled from the operator's station
  • Conveyor belt unit used alternatively for bed as well as slope position, with minor alteration in the pin connected bolted structure
  • High production capability will spread up to 35 CuMt per hour with constant concrete supply and suitable site condition
  • Conveyor with standard flange wheel runs on rail, Travel speed of each end is controlled separately. This negotiate the curves easily
  • Special charging hopper to permit feeding of concrete by Transit mixer.
  • The conveyor can also run bank to bank on smaller canal with suitable shute to place concrete from the canal height

  • Frame Constuction Heavy duty Frames are made from welded steel panels in standard length of 3.66 Mts. and 2.5 Mts.
  • Length Variability Frames are pin bolted with each other for quick connection. The total length varies accordingly from 15 Mts. to 28 Mts. Greater length can be supplied.
