In order to fulfill these requirement, Uni-Tech Casting observes quality control systems throughout the company and every aspect of manufacturing process is ably manned, closely supervised, perfectly monitored and properly documented. It begins from the receipt at raw material till the final dispatch. All parameters influencing the die life & component finish are given proper attention & records maintained to trace its history.
We procure the raw material i.e. aluminium alloy only in ingot forms as per the required composition We confirm the composition by analysing it on spectrometer.
We have in house holding furnace to maintain uniform temperature during casting of molten metal. We do flux/de-oxidation treatment in holding furnace to avoid porosity.
We have in house Die Shope & Machining facility.
We also have aging heat treatment furnace for the special grade of aluminum base alloy castings.
Also We take care for following steps while production.
Raw-material and all process material of specified quality are used in production after inspection and acceptance.
100% inspection during process stage.
All quality records are maintained.
Periodical checking and calibration of all measuring instruments, equipments and temperature controllers.
We inspect every casting dimensionally and for foundry defects such as surface porosity, inside outside finish and composition.
