Programmable Motorised Drain Valve, Model TEC-44 The TEC-44 is designed to remove high viscosity effluents / condensate at pressures upto 40Bar .The Microprocessor Controlled Motorised Ball Valve is powered by a powerful motor and an efficient gear train, and features a 10 channel programmable cycle with LCD, valve open indicator, test button, anti block system and a battery backup to protect against power failure. The TEC-44 can be programmable to open between 3 sec to almost 15 minutes and the cycle can be adjusted between 4 min and 24 hours, allowing unbelievable flexibility of operation and the 12 mm orifice, can handle huge Condensate discharge in a controlled manner. The in-line design allows for fast efficient installation. The TEC-11 can be matched to any model / brand or type of filter. Auto Drain Valve JORC : EZ-1 ECONOMY DRAIN The EZ-1 is produced with a 1/4� valve connection and in 230 VAC or 115 VAC versions. The limited variations have allowed for massive production batches and subsequently a reduction in cost. The valve is protected due to the integrated ball valve and strainer The unit can be shut off from the compressed air system enabling easy and safe maintenance work to be carried out. Auto Drain Valve JORC : OPTIMUM (High Pressure upto 400 Bar) : The Optimum has a wide range of veriations and options such as valve connection sizes in both BSP or NPT and pressure/voltage options. There is no loss of compressed air; Continuous monitoring insures fast, effective discharge of condensate up to 1000 liters condensate per hour. There are no Sensors to foul up and the unit functions equally well with clear water or heavily emulsified and dirty condensate. The SMART GUARD Pro operates in a pressure range from zero to 16 bar and the large condensate removal capacity makes it suitable for all applications, regardless of size.
