DOUBLE SLOT BRACKET-STD DESIGN-S.S.MATT FINISH ITEM CODE:-DSB-STD-SS DESCRIPTION:- Bracket is made of 1.00 mm (20 swg) thick Stainess steel 202 grade steel sheet, in matt buff finish, precisely manufactured to fit into the channel, in respective sizes 6”, 9”, 13”, 15”, 17”, 20”, 22”, 25”. Embossed stiffner ribs provided in a such a way at back side of the bracket that increase the stability & load carrying capecity of each bracket and can easily carry a point load of 50 kg. Polished Wooden plank & both side laminated plywood in desire length and width can be easily install on it by fixing the panel on it by inserting a screw from the given hole in the bracket, glass shelf can also be install by the use of ms clip and vaccum. Vertical slot in the bracket is provided to hold the Pipe holding brackets and thus pipe can be hold in between two bracket.

DOUBLE SLOT DOUBLE LINE - POWDER COATED ITEM CODE:-40*40-DSDL-19*4-PC DESCRIPTION:- Double slot double line slotted square pipe of slot size 19*4 mm is mainly used with double slot bracket, slotted pipe along with the pipe mounting bracket can be fit across the wall or middle of the floor vertically. This type of combination is widely use for display and storage, need less space and very cost saving solution and complete knock down system. Slotted pipe is manufactured through ERW pipe of size 40*40mm *1.2/1.5mm thickness, punched slots are straight in line no burr, bend and bow in pipe is allowed. Pipes are available in 4’, 6’, 8’, 10’ in length respectively, precisely punched to fix the bracket, pipes are available in standard powder coated finish – broken white shade, colour choice for large quantity as per customer requirement can be offered.
