Impeller is a vital component of the Pumpset. “Unnati“ Impellers are very popular among O. E. Manufacturers, Assemblers, Repairers and Traders all over the country, because of higher output with low power consumption. The Impellers are manufactured from special material. They are cast with resin cores made in hydraulic core shooter, precisely machined to closed tolerances on Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and properly balanced to the grade G6-3. The Impellers are inspected for in-process and final inspection using latest Electro-Pneumatic Gauging System.

Company manufactures and supplies various types of Submersible Motor Bearing bushes and bushes for the pumps under the brand name of Unnati, which are used in Stage Casing, Suction Casing and Discharge Out-let etc. The bearing Bushes are manufactured from specified material LTB-4, Grade of IS 318:81 precisely machined on Specified Purpose Machines (SPM) designed for individual operation to give super surface finish and close tolerances in dimensional accuracy. The bushes are inspected using latest Electro-Pneumatic Air gauging System and Computerised Measuring Devices. Unnati Bushes and its allied products are very popular among O.E.
