Q-Flash Quartz

Designed for In-line flash curing at print stations of the Auto-Tex, American Centurian, and American X-press ( can retrofit to other machines ). The Q-Flash can replace a print head or the stand alone unit can operate over an open pallet. The flash cure cycle is electronically synchronized with press production for the ultimate in effective, efficient operation and streamlined production. As the indexer starts moving into the print position, The Q-Flash heating section shifts into the high power mode and reaches maximum temperature when the indexer reaches the next print position. The Q-Flash uses Quartz tubes which reach curing temperatures in just seconds. The variable speed blower provides even distribution of hot air over the printing pallet while printing and increases curing speed. The Q-Flash switched to a low-power standby mode while the machine is not indexing. If the indexer stays in the print position longer than the dwell timer on the Q-Flash is set for, it automatically shifts to standby mode. When in standby mode, the air flow helps reduce pallet temperatures. Upfront controls on the Q-Flash are easily accessed or the unit can be controlled from the Auto-Tex control panel. Sectional curing is available for flash curing smaller print areas. Adjustable head height ensures the proper distance between the Q-Flash and the pallet. Easy to maintain and change lamps.

Fab-Lok Frames

A.W.T.'s Fab-LokSelf-Tensioning Frames have a built-in tension system to stretch all mesh types uniformly and accurately to your specific requirements. With many models to choose from, you are sure to find one to fit your needs. These easy-to-use, self-contained stretching frames provide many years of fast, accurate and reliable performance. Different models are available to meet the needs of many different screen printing applications. Fab-Lok frames are for the screen printer who requires high-tension stretch for good quality work, or for printing that requires uniform ink deposit. They are ideal for fine details and 4-color process work, as well as electronic applications with high-tolerance requirements. A.W.T. Fab-Lok frames can be adjusted in your screen printing press to adjust (tweak) registration. A.W.T. has a self-tensioning frame to fit your needs. Fab-Lok frames are quick and easy to use and will last for many, many years. They can also be used as a high-tension, low-cost way to stretch mesh and adhere it to a separate frame. Fab-Lok frames are made to order and come assembled. Models FL-125 and FL-175 are general purpose frames. The larger model, FL-250, is for high-tolerance applications. Model FL-303, which comes standard with welded corners, is designed for extremely fine detail screen printing, such as printed circuits, electronic applications, diagnostics and nameplates.

McGraw Swivel Knife

Precision constructed technical tool with ball bearings for fast and easy stencil cutting. Outer end of knife is a wrench to tighten blade. The knurled end of the knife may be loosened for complete swivel action or tightened for straight line cutting.
