• SeriesALS 2x Series

Accraply’s model 204, 206, 209 and 256 pressure sensitive label applicators are ideal for a wide range of labelling applications. The dual stepper motor drive and integrated electronics provide speed and precision in a compact design. The 2x Series comes standard as a wipe-on applicator for applying labels to the top, side, or bottom of products. They can be integrated with existing packaging equipment, used as stand-alone portable labelers or supplied with custom designed product handling systems from Accraply. These high-performance labelers offer the flexibility to run many types of self-adhesive labels including thin films, clear films, hang-tabs, SensormaticCheckpoint tags, coupons and booklet style labels.

The Graham | Sleevit SLM sleeve labelling applicator combines innovation with functionality to create a unique full body primary decoration sleeve applicator. Exceptional Sleevit technology has incorporated state of the art servo drive motors and PLC controlled logic, in a fully integrated, fully guarded system, for the application of a variety of products from 40mm up to 118mm dimeter, with varying cut lengths up to 300mm. The SLM has a unique cutting system that includes quick release cutters and throw away blades optimizing sleeve accuracy with every cut. Capable of exceeding speed up to 420 products per minute with the additional option of the application of Tamper Evident Sleeves. The SLM is simple to set and run, and tolerant of sleeve thicknesses, and product spacing. SLM machines are compact and occupy just 2000 mm of line length. They can accommodate 600mm diameter sleeve material reels, which can be mounted in a variety of configurations. In “Sleeve Label” mode, glass, metal and plastic containers up to 300 mm high can be sleeved with artwork accurately cut in register and in “Tamper Evident” mode this machine will apply shorter sleeves to the necks and caps of bottles and jars.

The fully adjustable steam lance system can accommodate multiple lances in each zone, which enables precise and repeatable set up for even the most complex shaped products. The modular approach gives the flexibility to adjust the required length of tunnel to suit the most demanding applications and additional zones can be added after initial installation if and when required. Each zone is provided with front and rear full-width ‘clear view’ access doors for a glimpse inside the tunnel. Steam distribution and metering in each zone is provided by easy-to-read numerical indicators enabling the operator to set and repeat the optimum temperature profile for each product allowing for ideal set up of the shrink process and minimum steam usage.

The Accraply Model 35 Series family are extremely versatile labeling systems designed for the application of wraparound labels on a wide range of cylindrical containers The Accraply Model 9000P is an extremely versatile labeling system designed for the application of front andor back panel labels on square, rectangular, or oval containers. With the optional multi-panel wiper assemblies, the Model 9000 can also apply two, three or four panel labels. The optional VF (vertical fixture) provides extremely accurate labeling by referencing the container side wall. Heavy Duty SP 20 Servo driven label applicator features pushpull web drive to quickly ramp from zero to maximum dispense speed without “tugging” the web which can result in web breaks. It also provides extremely accurate label stop position to facilitate precise lot & expiry coding and inspection.

The Beverage Can Sleeving Solution (BCSS) shrink sleeve labelling applicator combines innovation with functionality to create a fully-guarded, full body primary decoration sleeve applicator that is both efficient and easy to operate. It encompasses all elements of container pitching, timing, sleeve application, and line control in a compact unit that is quick and easy to set up. The BCSS applicator is able to apply sleeves in register with the sleeve artwork, using exclusive “Former Box” apply technique to accurately form the sleeve opening and deliver it onto the container. The Graham | Sleevit Radiant shrink sleeve tunnel is a compact design for simple installa-tions, but additional modules may be added, even after the original installation, for high-speed or multi-zoned applications. It has a double-skin insulated body to minimise heat loss, and highly polished internal surfaces to maximise heatradiation onto the container. Graham | Sleevit Radiant shrink sleeve tunnels may be fitted at the system infeed for preheating of containers as well as after sleeve application. The Graham | Sleevit Radiant shrink sleeve tunnel has twelve glass radiant filaments, arranged in pairs on opposite sides of the tunnel body. Each pair has individual tem-perature adjustment to ensure an ideal shrink profile and finish. Overall internal tunnel temperature is kept within close tolerances by an external temperature setting controller linked to a heat sensor inside the tunnel. Options available for the Graham | Sleevit Radiant shrink sleeve tunnel include a system to count products in and out if there is a possibility of them falling over, and a motorised tunnel lift.

The Accraply Shrink Sleeve Model RF150 and Model RF250 are compact, operator friendly and easy to maintain shrink sleeve applicators that can be used to apply full body or tamper evident bands to a variety of container shapes and sizes. Shrinkable material is cut to length and synchronously applied at conveyor speeds for the best possible material-to-container placement accuracy. Oval, round and square containers made of plastic, glass or metal can be handled at speeds up to 150 (Model RF150) or 250 (Model RF250) per minute. Sleeve materials made from PVC, PETPETG, OPS, or PLA can be run at thicknesses between 40 to 70 microns. Containers can be run full or empty through our shrink sleeve label application systems. The RF Series applicators may be easily customized to suit the exact requirements of a project using standard, compatible modules. Change parts for the RF Series applicators are low cost items that can be fitted in minutes without the need for tools, keeping down-time to a minimum. Many accessories are available, including reel change over systems for continuous production, container spacing and positioning units, detecteject system for incorrectly sleeved containers, sleeve positioning systems, various material shrink tunnels and conveyor systems.The control system of the RF Series applicator incorporates PLC control, servo drives and an HMI. This allows quick, accurate and repeatable set-ups to be achieved for different containers, which can be stored as individual jobs on the HMI and recalled as necessary.
