Airfloat systems are designed to compete – on price and performance – with systems and solutions that are far less flexible, including heavy duty casters and rollers.

Turntables bring efficiencies and ergonomic solutions to your production line. Designed to perform effortlessly while floating and moving the maximum loads, there is a turntable configuration that will fit seamlessly into your process flow. Call on single-position, two-position, four-position or a multiple-position turntable, each with a capacity range of 1, 000 lbs. and up. Choose from many options including:

Designed with air caster technology, large loads are easily rotated on Airfloat turntables. The enclosed structure design provides an operating surface and full protection for the air casters. Airfloat can design and build turntables to any size and load capacity. Special fixtures or load support hardware can also be provided.

This table can rotate up to 4, 000-pound loads for optimum ergonomic positioning. Airfloat turntables have specially-developed urethane air bearing material, attached to a corrosion-resistant steel back place with a rolled edge seal, for maximum strength. Position dividers are available.

Airfloat Air Casters have a reputation for quality. Our air casters utilize a 100% urethane diaphragm with superior wear resistance. Urethane casters outperform and outlast neoprene or urethane-coated fabrics used by other manufacturers.

Airfloat air skids allow for the safe movement of your materials. Air skids, placed under a load for movement, can be used to move almost anything, including sensitive, high precision machinery. An optional pendant control provides "Dead Man" control over the air skid system. Capacities are dependent upon air caster sizes and quantity.

These turntables can position 2, 000 to 16, 000 pound loads and tilt them for ergonomic efficiency, minimizing workstation dwell time and worker injury risk. Various tilt angles, corner braces for pallets or bins, and other custom details can fit your operation exactly.

Lift Glide air skids are designed to easily attach to fully loaded carts or dollies that are too difficult to move using the existing wheels. Simply bolt Lift Glides onto the fixture and connect the air hoses. Turn on the air, and the Lift Glides extend down to lift the wheels off the floor. Supported on air bearings, the dolly can be easily moved in any horizontal direction.
